Ben Simon certificates

Ben Simon certificates make the perfect gift-giving idea, because Evan the person, who has everything, cant get enough bensimonspa. Call our Ben Simon certificates hot line or click on ben simon certificates icon at bensimonspa.com to order online. Ben simon certificates can be picked up in person at the spa location. Ben simon certificates are transferable but non-refundable.

Ben simon punctuality

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to allow stress free check-in, changing, a shower, stem, or sauna and a little pre-treatment decompression time. (Our spa offers locker room for woman only that using the spa services).

Ben simon alert

Please alert your reservationist if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, or suffering from high blood pressure, or using Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, differin, Accutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent leaser or plastic surgery.Any of the above condition may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

Bensimon cancellations

Please note:we require atleast 24 hrs ntice to cancel any appointmnet, and credit card number is need to hold your resrvation. please note that once an appointment is booked-unless we hear otherwise we all expect you to be there. Speak up

Although we always try to be sensitive to our guests specific needs, only a small percentage of our staff has thus far been blessed with ESP. We ask that you communicate your specific expectations openly with your assigned bensimon technician, both before and during treatment(if necessary) so that he or she can target and customize your facial, massage, nail treatment or hair to meet your expectation(whether it be more extensive extraction, lighter or more intense massaging pressure, etc).

Client age policy

Bensimon is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a "Beyond the spa" environment. In order to achieve this, guests must be 18 years of age. Guests who are 16 and 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments, only when accompanied b their parent or legal guardian atleast 25 years of age, and excludes spa use.

Do I need to bring anything with me for visit to the spa?

Bensimon provides towels, robes, slipper, hair dryers and hair styling products for your convenience.If you are having the Bensimon experience, you may bring a bathing suit although it's not required , if you are having a hydrotherapy treatment, a bathing suit required.

Where do I wait between treatments?

Between spa services, you will be escorted to a relaxing area. Enjoy complimentary refreshments, will be relaxing in front of the fire place; your technician will escort to your next service.

What should I wear for a massage?

Most clinets choose not to wear anything during their massage. Our massage therapist will drape you with lines so that you never feel exposed. However, the choice is yours. Wearing an undergarment is perfectly appropriate, if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Where do I keep my personal belonging?

Our changing areas are equipped with lockers and keys. You may keep all personal belongings in the lockers and take the key with you to the treatment room. Simply return your key to locker when you are done. We request that you please leave all jewellery at home.

Are refreshments available for guests?

Bensimon has a full - service cappuccino bar, espresso, coffe, herbal teas, juices and mineral water as well as fruit, finger sand-winches and other snacks. Our compliments.

What about gratuities?

If you would like to leave a gratuity, you may do so at the checkout desk(located in the main salon). Gratuity envelopes are available for your convenience. Suggested tip are 20%.

Where do I pay for my services?

The check out desk is located in the main salon near our retail area. If you need assistance with the purchase of any retail products, please ask one of our retail coordinators. They will be happy to assist you.

Can I bring a group for a day at the spa?

A private party at bensimon the spa is the perfect way to let go while living it up in grand style.Whether its an escape for a day with friends, wedding shower or corporate event we can help.

The level system

Our staff works on a European level system which measures experience and years of dedication. Those at higher levels are more often educators and lectures that have established a high clinet demand. A promotion to a new level is an opportunity for advancement. This encourages stability and allows our employees to grow and prosper based on years of loyalty and dedication to their profession and clinets.We provide artists and wellness technicians at every level to best suit the need of our client.

Service guarantee

We also take pride in all the services we provide : that's why we guarantee all the work we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call us within seven day of your last appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge.

Return policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with a prompt exchange or credit within 7 day of purchase with receipt.

Wig & Hait Pieces policies

Once a wig leaves the BenSimon premises, there will be no refund or exchange. There is no refund or exhange for any wig that has been cut, styled or treated with any chemical process, used or damaged. Merchandise exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

 

BenSimon will stricktly enforce all of its policies. There will be no exceptions made.
